The stock market price is a fiction. All of this manipulation breaks Australian Laws and is punishable by 15 years imprisonment. Unfortunately the "regulator' does nothing. The value of this company is in its mines, its contracts and its cause of action and its cashflow. He realises this. that's why he bought so many shares. They haven't had a CFO for 5 years and they seem to have survived. No use having a CFO if he gets the company ready for a takeover.
