They have just finished litigation and have got their mine back. Trade with Australia is 2:1 in Thailand's favour. The Thais were told perhaps you should settle this and the company has its mine back. There is a favourable PM in government. A TAFTA judgment lurks and the overwhelming probability is the matter will be settled. Sovereign risk has never been lower for 6 years. "The country risk has completely dissipated." As long as TAFTA is pending, that statement is precisely right IMHO.
