S.Korea to ban all stock short-selling through June 2024 (msn.com)
Our law makers generally follow the USA lead but unfortunately regulators in the USA have failed to impose meaningful fines and penalties on parties found guilty of manipulation. Hopefully our law makers will follow the lead of South Korea in this instance.
It is worthy to note South Korea "reinstating" the ban.
This will help KCN and other ASX stocks with a more level playing field.
