Brilliant suggestion Cowbell. That’s why ASIC didn’t come up with it. ASIC dislike it when laymen present them with solutions to assist in addressing their total disregard of the enforcement component of their role as they have no intention of actually doing it. They want the general public to perceive what they are doing (virtually nothing), as being a good job, Anything ASIC says regarding being tough on enforcement of the law is nothing more than “propaganda”.
