No good putting down the ASX as the problem stems from the threat from the government of its policies on new mining and carbon taxes etc. This is what is putting the brakes and uncertainty on the market.
Perhaps concentrate your efforts on lobbying the government for a CGT free threshold to encourage more mum and dad investors into the market.
