Great to see the ASX holding up so well. Perhaps someone can give us some insight into why this is.
I understand that a suspended company can sue ASX in federal court but what happens when a company is delisted? Is there the same legal ramifications?
Has there ever been a company reinstated after delisting and can the entity relist as a shell for perhaps a backdoor listing. Or is that it for the ticker code until its adopted by another listing company sometime in the future?
