I disagree, I believe the options will be bought up heavily once the heads break out from the current resistance point.
There is less liquidity in options if the heads are range bound, but these have moved quickly in the past on strong movement on the heads, and will do so again
The options are ranging 27c to 33c as the heads are 49c to 57c
A move above these levels will see both move upwards into new territory
