A thumbs up. You are to be congratulated for the factual detail of your post. ASIC should be the policeman guarding the "common" investor from predators. ASX is a "vested interest" and is not likely to look after anybody but "their own".
However I have found ASIC as usefull as a dead horse in the past. I have been complaining to them for more than a year about an unlisted company with 1900 shareholders that has a non elected board, has not issued a financial statement for 3 years and has not held annual general meet ings during that time. They have taken no action but advised me that I can take private action through the courts. Letters to the local member, the prime minister and Opposition leader have not had any result either.
Maybe an association of Hot Copper activists ????????
