Isnt it correct that if a director of a company is in a law suit for something in another company that they stand down pending the result? Or is it that how they are listed they are (not required to give quarterlys ect)that this does not apply.
Just a question for an honest person to answer for me is pl a director of any company that does buisness in australia.
Not looking for a listed stock looking for a spec stock type thing.
