Critical Metals on Twitter: "It might just be time to list on the ASX. Lithium battery recycling and high purity vanadium production in the Nordics. Who wants in? " / Twitter

A single tweet from Critical Metals a few hours ago is a game changer & should send investors on the ASX into a spin. Critical Metals mentioned in their last annual report they were looking to list in 2022 & here's confirmation. It means all three companies (HNR, NMT & Critical) are now preparing to commercialise their projects & it means HNR is one step closer to her goal of entering the battery recycling industry in the Nordics with Critical & having NMT as our biggest shareholder.

Look at the projects Critical Metals has with her JV partners NMT & HNR.

And of course, our battery recycling venture (through Critical & NMT)

The question is. What is the fair value of these two projects for Critical Metals? When Critical Metals is generating revenue, her valuation could be higher than NMT? Critical Metals would be an almost pure battery "play" (so to speak) on the ASX, looking at these two projects above.

I think investing in Critical Metals would boost your investment prospects in HNR & NMT, and for that reason, I'm happy to go on the record here & say I will throw a lazy $5K - $10K at an IPO. HNR is my most significant investment & I have much more invested here than that, but if getting Critical off the ground means HNR succeeds in the Nordics as well, then IMO, you would be a fool not to invest in Critical.

If you believe HNR will succeed.
If you believe NMT will succeed.

Then logic & common sense would tell you that Critical Metals has to be successful.

2022 is going to be a massive year!
