I've said that HNR is a time machine on these threads in the past. If you've missed the boat with NMT (like I did), then HNR is your second chance. This latest tweet would mean Critical Metals would be your third chance to get in on the ground floor. How many opportunities does one get in life, let alone when it comes to investing?

    "
I wonder at what price will Critical Metals list and when exactly."

There's only 40 million SOI & NMT holds around 19% of them. So there's the potential for a tight register if the Top 20 grab a big slice of the pie. Couple that with the prospects of a potentially low SOI & I think Critical might explode onto the ASX just like HNR has.

    Share Information - Critical Metals

    Critical has.....

    Vanadium recycling
    Battery recycling
    NMT as the largest shareholder.
    Potential for low SOI.
    Potential for a tight register.

Similar to HNR minus the SOI & vanadium.

Critical Metals has her shares valued between 25 - 40 cents recently.

If HNR is worth 10 cents or more at the end of this year, that's a market cap of $270 million. It's a flat out guess by just comparing HNR to our battery recycling peers. It all comes down to how many customers HNR can get, how many of the four countries they'll initially start in & the potential volume of black mass. We should find out before the end of March but the share price could go anywhere!

It's a 50:50 JV, so in theory, that would mean Critical would also be worth $270 million. Then Critical has the vanadium recycling venture as well. What's that worth? Some of the vanadium companies on the ASX are in the hundreds of millions as well. I'm just calculating the battery & vanadium recycling, Critical has many subsidiaries & assets.

So is it possible for Critical to list on the ASX with a market cap of half a billion dollars & with a low SOI?

It all comes down to how many more shares would be issued during the IPO & if they use their current figures of between 25 & 40 cents.
