asx listing for new entity?, page-2

subject to market conditions, I phoned management before I sold out and there is no guarantee it will be listed on the asx. It will depend on the new companies mangement.
Very little was said, after being a shareholder for 6 years I wasnt very impressed.
Becareful meeting and voting is on the 9th oof this month therefore it will go into a trading halt and stay until its restructured. The split of our shares 1 for 10 was very dissapointing, not to being a share but a CDI on a foreign exchange. The tax component was the unsure part.
