KNI had a market cap of around 12 million (don't remeber exactly, but still around 45 times less than LIS) with a price of 20 cents, today that KNI is 1000% up has a market cap of just under 120 million, still 5 times less than LIS.
so yes when there's hype you can't apply logic rules , we all saw that in many occasions, but having a market cap higher than the main company that did the spinoff it's a bit unrealistic ( still hoping for it though of course!!)
