Happy to hear what people have to say and I think its a great question to ask. Personally I feel GCN is more of a strategic partner than anything else who will be obtaining 50% interest. P1 will have most definitely secured 500 ppl investing or they wouldn't have come this far... with everything else they have going on, surely this is the easy part.
