Again, we have to focus on the semantics here. How much did we pay for our entitlement of new P1 shares? Well personally I paid nothing. I already owned the 55000 shares in GCN required. I'm sure most here are in the same boat. I understand when you say free shares is not artificial but the rule actually states "giving shares away is an artificial means". I consider the shares I receive in P1 to be given to me for free as I didn't pay a cent more than what I already had invested in GCN.

Sorry but I still have my doubts. I hope they can overcome this hurdle.
