    So 53 million shares were issued to related parties of Ryan Mount without shareholder approval. My question is, why? What was the purpose of the issue, and why weren't shareholders informed? How can you "inadvertently" issue shares to a family member without seeking the approval of the shareholders? Is the company ill-informed as to the rules of the ASX?
