Thankyou - so in my limited capacity on legal matters, that would make the directors fully liable to shareholders and the matter should and most likely will be brought up at the next AGM, where shareholders may be asked to approve the dispersal, or the directors may be asked by shareholders to take the shares from the directors own shareholdings, not a biggy really, but pressure should be applied to ensure the company always operates within ASX regulations at all times, given the pressure of the last few years it was always possible mistakes could be made and therefore should be rectified.
