CTO appear to be in breach of ASX Listing Rules. There is a rule that states if the company is involved in any activity that may affect the share price then this should be made public. I can't remember what rule this is but it involves the DNRM and some of the strange conditions they have put on at least one of their EPMs immediately south of Charters Towers. All correspondence with the Department should be made public in this regard as per ASX listing rule. If you look at the current Charters Towers tenement map you can see that the ground CTO held south of town has now been listed by the DNRM as a moratorium area to apparently go to public bidding about June next year. What this is all about I have no idea but CTO needs to explain. This area has some of CTO's 11 million ounces within it. My thoughts only. DYOR.
