Depend what you mean by soon? 2019? There are lots of boxes to tick before production and as each of these boxes are ticked, risk is reduced and SP, one would expect, increases everything else being equal. I think there is lot to be excited because at any moment the political shenanigan will be sorted (fairly) and I speculate that you will not see less than $1 almost immediately after that.
