TT, it's my understanding from previous, that you need to have the numbers and proxies in place, then advise board and call extraordinary meeting, and then advise ASX of outcome. You should seek, or have legal representation, and advice as well, as this can always be a grey area, and you need to be prepared for all possible outcomes, at the time of the e/meeting, expressing a 'motion of no-confidence' etc.
