    Nobody disputes that. What is not minuscule though are the short positions.

    Is it that hard to believe shorters might be marking the price down to 10c repeatedly with orders as small as 1 share?

    Is it that hard to believe that most of the manipulation reports in the press are themselves red herrings to divert attention away from other real issues?
