Yes everything is engineered, and we can only blame our stupid short sighted politicians who waste billions of our taxpayer money on submarines.... Do you think a couple of submarines can deter China's firepower? Better putting that money in health and education.
Small business is doing it tough but there are ways to make or save money in all situations eg if u get your s#$# together fast, set up a company and claim your $20,000 immediate write off before 30 June, to transfer wealth from taxpayers to small biz and while your biz is still profitable, save your taxes
