Whilst I wait for Alameda-3 to start Alameda/Marti appraisals, I will dedicate this thread to Roch2077 and Linebacker11. In the market of free ideas, let's see what happens, I think it is good to shine light on the criticisms, if ASX:MAY overcomes them that is bullish. To be fair to Linebacker11, I do not consider Linebacker11 to be anything like Roch2077, however there are posts I wish to address in the near future.

Roch2077 was not saying this was his opinion, he said it as a "fact". Anybody who listened to this and traded accordingly were just duped.

(ii) the person knows, or ought reasonably to have known, that the statement or information is false in a material particular or is materially misleading.
