1) 35000 barrels per day is just Amistad. If you don't like it, then lucky for you we have Alameda and Marti reservoirs.

Also if you are suggesting Cuba should just throw millions of dollars at Alameda before the appraisals are done, that is not something that ever happens, for example, no-one wants to fund ASX:IVZ, because they also have not appraised anything, so instead ASX:IVZ needed to dilute their shareholders, even though you lied to everyone and tried to tell them they wouldn't perform a capital raise.
