    Was the AAA downgrade announced during the US trading hours or after?

    Such a important thing to know but kind of weird but no one seems to in fact know and I can't find it on the internet.

    If it was during the trading hours then Aussie market up. If it wasn't Aussie market smashed down 200+ points.
