    yeah, pretty much as i thought. has been factored in!

    now barring any last minute massive cost blow outs mxg will finally put this horror to bed soon and get on with rebuilding a quality company that will provide shareholders will large profits in years ahead. ala AMP, ALL of a few years ago!
