sorry - I am HK based. We have no capital gains tax or ny other taxes for share trading. Make it and keep it or lose it and weep - no tax loss or tax gain issues.
No need to pick top or botom, just buy under 20 and sell on a bounce. Bounce has been 9~11% each time in last 3 months....
