I don't think MFS can make the sort of announcements you are interested in while they are in suspension. The risk is the ASX will force them out of suspension if they do.
The "transparency" you want is the reason they are in suspension.

The Company will want to play this out as long as they can, or at least until they have all the options on the table and dealt with. Clearly we are now dealing with a very different situation, and a different set of accounts, to that existing a few months ago. Effectively a different Company, and a different Board too.

Agonising as it is I think it is to everyone's benefit to wait and see what they can come up with. "Transparency" may not exist but at least the company is not trading on some misguided or ill-informed set of facts.
