Incorrect sdm39,
if a major wants RXL they'll get it. Shareholders have little say if/once they have 51% ownership of the company they have control. I owned AGO before Gina took them over... everyone then said it's worth more etc... end of the day the majors hold the power and if they want something they'll get it.... usually for a discounted price unfortunately.
