It isnt listed as critical due to lack of supply... it is listed as critical due to 90% of the supply controlled by China (via their ownership of CBMM).
The world (USA) is looking for a supply to come from the Western World... This is why I the other Brazil companies dont hold much hope as CBMM already supply enough to anyone happy to deal with China.
