I completely agree mate but the actions of this board many months prior to any hint of an acquisition told me they were intentionally putting out bad information to clean the register . A prime example is Gower baiting all holders saying loyal shareholders will have a good Christmas . Well Christmas came and the only announcement Summit had was a wound up all projects and a focus on a uranium project in a jurisdiction where uranium mining is illegal. Funilly enough loyal lithium had an exciting Christmas pump. Peretz is also a member of the board at LLI these guys are really funny aren't they loyal holders acquisition happens and the board again shows that they want more stock while screwing over the shareholder all of this leads me to leave they think something of value is here and wanted to clean the register as best they could. I did everything in my power to make shareholders aware of what I perceived was happening and I feel because of this they were unable to clean the register and instead handed out millions of options to dilute us instead scumbags
