So correct me if I am wrong, but...

1. We could accept the deal and all we get in return is no more than a share swap of equal value. Basically the same as me selling my NWE shares and using those funds to buy into MIN ? The MIN shares then could continue dropping, or maybe have a slight upside.
2, We reject the deal, keep our shares and see how much upside NWE has. Now if I was a betting man, I would think it to be a whole lot more than if I investment the same amount of $$ into MIN at this current stage.
