Looks like someone is afraid of the ongoing/upcoming slow down in the mining sector and has, therefore taken this hostile step to takeover and minimise its mining services loses. Chart speaks a lot about whats happening, Has been in the down trend since the 4th of Dec. 200 day moving average is around 60$. 200 Week average is far lower. Could see a correction of -30% to -40% when the markets flounder. Release states NWE is a very small player of 20% share in LD area. If its so small why bother go through all this effort to buy them out. Is this a strategic move to ward of other players in taking over NWE.

Only see more downside in SP in the upcoming months. NWE may not be immune however unlike its "trusted friend" the damage will be very negligible.
