    Hmmm something is up at WGO... bump up above both offer prices in almost 1 large trade. Might just be noise, but $35M is a reasonable chunk.

    If it is new particiapte, whihc does seem unlikely, but not unheard of... this will rollover to NWE share price rapidly. A new person would show that in this market are willing to build from a minority stake.... Ie. the same could happen in NWE.
