Had a look at other companies and their rig anna prior to spudding, the shortest timeline I could find was 4 weeks notice prior to the drill hitting dirt. Majority were months ahead of spudding.
As alluded to by Old Geo, the SP could potentially double following positive results from LKR2 and NED1.
That means MIN would need to stump up another 400mil. More if it turned into a bidding war.
I eagerly await the drill anna….now.
