If they want the company before the results then they need to increase the offer to where the reasonable 'unknown' factor is accounted for. Thus at least another 2-3c equivalent. The best time to increase is before the expiry date otherwise they need to go through the whole process again.

The wait although potentially worthwhile, might be a long time in coming. 10c equivalent now against ??? going forward.

If MIN is listening that will likely be the best price unless you can artificially inflate the price to substantially over $120 a share as pointed out by @George59. 35% increase in their share price in 1 week is a pigs might fly situation. lol
