No one holds as much as MIN.
MIN need another approx 1.5 billion shares to get over 50%.
Gina can't help him much as she has just under 200 million.
And the directors hold even less than Gina, so they won't get it over the line either.
It's going to take a lot of the top 20 to accept the offer. Or a truck load of retail holders.
Good luck to him getting those numbers in another 6 trading days.
