I said I am not interested at this offer price either.

I really wonder how much they are shi77ing bricks in trying to obtain all the acceptances. If everyone keeps to their guns, then MIN will need to increase the offer overall and very substantially otherwise just 50% increase in holdings from pre takeover levels.

I would consider Gina to be smart and has a significant blocking stake at present in this situation (I wonder if she was actually buying more shares too - but you never know). If she wants out then they will need to offer her a high price and therefore everyone else.

A bit of egg on their faces and a disgrace to the management of NWE for selling us out cheaply lol.
