The share price of NWE before the MIN offer was under 5c.

Currently, the NWE share price is easy to establish - divide the MIN price by 1,300 and you have the price of NWE.
No manipulation, just a result of MIN offer 1 MIN share for 1,300 NWE.
Put another way, the NWE price is locked to the MIN price.
This gives you the minimum value of NWE, not the maximum.

So far, the market does not seem to have factored in the upcoming drilling or 3d program, or it is seen as being less value than the MIN offer.
With drilling scheduled to start soon, without the MIN offer we may have even seen a bigger bump in the sp.
I have been hoping to see some buying just on the back of the NWE upcoming drilling program and above the MIN offer value.
I think our price should be higher.
That would kill the MIN offer.
However, the market does not agree.

If there was no drilling scheduled the price of NWE would probably drop when the MIN offer expired.
However, with the drilling scheduled to expected to start in March who knows what the share price will do.
