I should add that I am still holding a large bunch of shares.

It was informative this week when the bid was approaching expiry, and the ratio between MIN and NWE broke away from the 1,300:1 level.

I believe that this was caused by hedge funds backing away from the trade, as there was no clarity on the bid extension. When the offer was extended, the ratio re-engaged with a higher volume. Thus my previous comment re the about the traders.

It was also a snapshot of where the stock could drift when the offer expires.

Just a few thoughts over a beer on a Friday pm.
