Like it or not running a company now involves marketing, brand and shareholder retention. If you don't get out there and sell, push your brand and communicate you get left behind. SSN and a few others have not really pushed there brand or marketed to the right demographic so what can you say, in the end the company should be held responsible as they pay themselves pretty good wages may know how to find oil and gas but have no idea how to sell themselves.
