I've been using Bullcharts for about a dozen years...it does everything I need, and in particular, writing scripts for customized Scan formula's, and custom Indicator formula's. Most scanning criteria is written in plain English though, so there's no need to use scripting unless you want to.
The Data supplied is live, and accurate...but doesn't include Chi-X data, you can plug in an alternative data source but I've never bothered. The interface seems a little outdated now, and can be buggy at times (could be my computer that's causing issues, Windows 10, and multiple screens is a known issue for some livesoftware).
I must point out though...the Options Data I put up here is accessed via the providers Servers by clicking Tabs in the software (click and refresh type of thing) not through the live feed...if that makes sense. You could create a custom Watchlist with the Options ticker codes in it to work around this (Watchlists are live Data feeds).
If you have a IRESS subscription live Options Data is available there by typing C/OPTIONS into a watchlist.
