Hi Tropicrock, yes I'm still using Bullcharts, and it's still working fine for me...(it can be a little buggy, and seem a bit outdated at times though).
Maybe give them a phone call to organize a trial...that way they will surely get the message.
I must admit it is a worry when a company won't let you in the front door, really makes you wonder how they will handle things if there is a problem, or you have a question in the future. Having said that, they have always been good to me via phone calls. I do get the impression they are really busy, and would like to get off the phone, but I appreciate they can't be expected to just have a chat for 30 minutes.
They are also known as Weblink data, if you want to google that.

If Bullcharts was to fall over, I'd probably look at software from a company called
Optuma I think they're in Brisbane.
I know they do end of day data, but not sure if they feed their own live intraday data, (which I need). I think you may have to plug in you're own intraday data via an external subscription.
Do a Google search for Optuma, and checkout their videos on youtube.
