At 9.45am Tuesday, 26 July 2011, ASX Settlement Pty Limited (ASXS) suspended
approval of the below listed class of Stirling Products Limited (Administrators Appointed)
Financial Products.

At End of Day on Tuesday, 18 October 2011, because the suspension of the approval of
the above class of the Issuer’s Financial Products had continued for a period of 60
Business Days, pursuant to ASX Settlement Operating Rule 8.5.4, ASXS revoked approval
of the above class of the Issuer’s Financial Products.
Accordingly, all Holdings of the above class of the Issuer's Financial Products have been
converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister.
As the CHESS subregister for the above class of the Issuer’s Financial Products has been
closed, Participants are advised that CHESS will no longer process messages affecting
holder registration details, transfers and/or conversions, initiated by either the Issuer or
Participants.
