I don't have access to AFR but I managed to get the gist of it as follows:
the prospectus introductory letter aimed to dispel a misconception that Dr Moriarty had found potential investors and ASIC staff clinging to, after a throwaway remark he made nearly 18 months ago, that silicone storage could blow lithium batteries out of the water. He now acknowledges that 1414 is competing with Tesla and lithium ion batteries
ASIC also wanted to know how 14:14 was going to close the large advantage enjoyed by lithium ion batteries when they are already in the field while silicone storage is yet to be commercially viable
That's as much as I could gather and we know the answer from the prospectus to the latter point
