Smart money would probably be using this green day to exit their riskier positions. Seemed to be the case for a few of mine small caps today. Although the XSO was green all day so maybe it's more just the pre-revenues.

We need an actual end-user signing, not this telco rubbish, I've been against the telco angle for a long time. The fact that they haven't been too concerned about pushing this suggests to me that maybe there's some second round CR money lined up at the gates.

But to keep the thread on track... these reasons and many other are why issuing a speed ticket would just be a waste of time for all those involved.
