BOW just leased 1,000 sq metres of office space in an A grade property in Brisbane CBD last week. Annual rent is approx $600 per metre. They have an option for another 1,000 metres.

You can easily get 80 to 100 people into 1,000m. This can be interpreted as management throwing money away or a sign of confidence.

It's rare for any management to make such committments without careful consideration.

I'm taking it as a sign of confidence in the future.
