certainly is their approach to go down that line - however they only selecting the preferred party to start those negotiations with so there's still some time before any agreement is reached. let's hope the selection process specifies some time limit on those negotiations.
will plv ann to the market who the preferred party they've chosen to negotiate when that selection is made? i gather they won't given the confidentiality agreements in place. so will this be last ann on this front for a while?
