Dead nick, You are dead right if someone offfered GPT the written down value of any of their assets they would think it was Christmas & snap it up. The fact is they can't be sold at anything like the written down value and further writedowns will happen. Next cap raising at 20 cents?
RIO, OZL, GPT etc all big companies with too much debt and shareholders have paid the price. GPT SP has now lost 90% of its price from 18 months ago.
