I guess the one big problem around wanting a CEO to go is firstly establishing if he/she can be easily replaced.

Secondly we are not privy to internal workings around the CEOs performance form a Boards perspective

One must ask the question whether the removal of a CEO is going to give us SP growth. An announcement such as that may give some instant movement to establish change, much like when a coach is sacked

I doubt whether anything we say in here would have any influence on this matter

I as with all of you consider the position of this so to be downright awful and should be better

AGM will be interesting next week
